To start: If you're looking for Holiday Wholesome, be aware the only fuzzy feeling comes from the overarching moral of the story. Expecting "Miracle on 31st Street"? Stay Away. Adult fans of "Home Alone" & "Bad Santa", welcome to your new favorite Christmas Classic.
David Harbour takes on the role of a disgruntled & jaded Saint Nicholas in a way that fits quite naturally for the actor famous for his more cynical characters.
Humorous in a slightly awkward way befitting the situation presented by the film, you're sure to get a bowl-full-of-jelly laugh at least once; even if only due to the sheer zaniness of a scene.
John Leguizamo (antagonist) performs exactly the way you expect him to, with a small character twist that plays well into the story.
"John Wick" action meets a Christmas Spirit story in a way viewers won't easily forget!
Oh and one more thing: It's gory & there's very strong language. Its rated R. Be smart. Don't take your kids. 🎅
