Way back when I bought two tickets to see the Barbie movie. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it and cancelled the reservation but did not screen shot it. I never got a refund, or confirmation email, so I went to call customer service. The lady I spoke with simply did not care and would not help me unless I could provide a picture of the cancellation. I explained to her that it was confirmed and that my tickets were gone. She refused to budge. I was so upset that I physically wrote a letter to the company, which was sent back to me. So, in summary, I was treated horribly by the customer service, and out like $30. Do not buy through Fandango.
