I think the show is a refreshing comedic change from all the generic new shows out this fall. Patricia Heaton is an enthusiastic mid life intern who embraces a new career after her peers have retired early and is loving her job, her co workers and her patients, I have read a few reviews saying they feel the show is too forced but I don't feel that way at all, This season has brought us more violent police, court type shows, so I find this show.and many of the new and returning CBS shows this fall refreshing and fun to watch.

I love this show! The actors are so funny, I love Linda Lavin - the two main characters, Gina and Drew are very funny, Gina is bringing out Drew's sense of humor, I hope this show will continue to grow
