Big fan of Wes Anderson movies. Did not like this one. The dialogue was rigid and odd for odd sake I guess. Too much of a “picture or film” for me. Was hoping for more of something like his earlier stuff Bottle Rocket, Rushmore etc. Had the same feeling after seeing French Dispatch. Maybe we’ve grown apart??
