I finally deleted this game 6 months ago. I used to play this game back in 2016 which was the best game I've had in my life until now. Everything has changed. The items, champion balance (nerfing and buffing all the time), new map layout and etc. It just made the game worse especially for ranked game. You will have a very hard time climbing up the rank. My rank was plat 2. Once you are in plat and above that's where things are serious (hardly any troll players). But if you are in silver or gold... good luck climbing (more trolls).... My biggest issue here is the player who are TOXIC!!!! They don't care what you say... they'll make fun of you or say something bad about you which will effect you. Riot wont do anything to improve the game and the community. At the end of the day.... all riot wants is to make money off from the players... they don't care about the rest and ESPECIALLY if you submit a ticket to report on players. They won't help... all they will say is "I'm so sorry to hear that. We know and understand the frustration that is causing you and the community. We will look in this problematic." That's it... they won't ban the player's account NOR they will take action to their account. Just simply does nothing and the player will continue to play the game and abuse the system like nothing happened.... All my friends don't play this game anymore and I am happy. Everyone deserves to play something else better than this.. This game that last minimum 30-40 minutes PER GAME. IT CAN BE FUSTRATING!!! You cannot leave while the game is still playing or else you will get banned after multiple times of AFK (leaving the game). You're account will be useless after being permanently banned because you cannot play any games.. all your skin or anything that you purchased are useless.... basically your hard earned money is just sitting there doing nothing. Everyone else here is posting good reviews are basically telling you to ignore the bad stuff that is happening in the game... PLEASE BE CAREFUL. You can download and play for fun, BUT BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT GET ADDICTED TO THIS GAME. BECAUSE IT IS VERY ADDICTIVE.

This game is really fun but one HUGE PROBLEM! This game is so UNFAIR. You CANNOT PAST CERTAIN AREA UNLESS YOU BEAT AN AVERAGE MONSTER (NOT EVEN BIG BOSS). They are ALL AGGRESSIVE AND THEY WONT LET YOU BLOCK OR HAVE THE CHANCE TO DODGE EVEN IF YOU DID! This game is such a rip off… if the enemy wasn’t so aggressive then the game would have been fun but right now I’ve been stuck with most path for hours because simply they are too strong with max 3 hits and you are dead.. such a rip off.. enemy monster is 3 times faster the speed whereas the players like us are much slower to attack… chances to win this game is to work with someone.. even summoning ashes wont do much. Only certain area you can summon which is stupid.. now I understand why most of these players are frustrated with this game…
