Self indulgent, obvious, waste of time! It suffers from that unforgivable problem of being boring. Bum-numbingly boring. Sort of nice imagery but it’s all been done before and the ‘fable’ of likening America to Rome is a pretty tired trope. Several people walked out before the end and a couple of viewers said that they had fallen asleep!! That pretty much says it all. Don’t bother; it’s two and a half hours of my life that I will never get back!
