New, to me, historical details to explain some of America's behavior. The author simply ignores other historical background to build his case. I.e. British greed and duplicity, flooding of pre state Palestine with migrant Arabs while restricting Jews, dooming to die in Christian Europe. The inventions of Jordan, Lebanon and Syria, distinct and separate from pan Arabism, with no allegiances to nation states, only to tribe and sect. The million jewish refugees exiled from Arab lands. Arafat's lying, theiving, murderous activities. He still believes in a 2 state solution and is desperate to lay that foundation. Gaza proves him wrong. Hamas and Fatahs bloody rivalry can't accept each other...never mind a Jewish state.
