Outstanding. I read this whilst in Sweden on holiday. It had so many references to accentuate our experience of this great country. The language used is hyper-descriptive. Andrew Brown coins phrases for the ages. The passages about politics and the differences between Sweden and The USA are memorable. The description of his early life working and eg starting his car in the winter are engaging. I loved it. So much so that I saved the last portion of Fish until I was back home to give me a line to a truly superb holiday.
