Soooo wholesome, positive, and feel-good show.

I LOVED IT. Watched on real IMAX (70mm, not on a digital version). Some are complaining about a slow build? Go read the book, I can't see a DUNE fan complaining about it. I've read the book and it was perfect for me. Magnificence unfolding on every inch of the ginormous screen. The visuals are stunning. It was an immersive experience. No detail out of place, Denis Villeneuve did us DUNE fans justice. In my head, Paul isn't as young, but Timothee Chalamet is now the embodiment of Paul Atreides for me. Oh man. Oscar Isaac as Duke Leto? LOOOOOOVED. IT. And Arrakis, DUNE, the planet itself steals the show. Just wait to see a sandworm splashing sand desert like a whale splashes water in the ocean. I'm a DUNE fan and I might be biased but all the good reviews here tell me I'm not. This adaptation is perfection and Hans Zimmer composing the soundtrack is just the cherry on top.
