"The Flowers in the Attic" is one of the books that you won't stop reading until you find satisfaction.
It is among peculiarities and the author did really well in crafting the characters.
Yet, halfway through it the book appeared bland to me. It took me a week to pull myself to continue reading and every lines seemed so long without any action going on. It's just about designing, cutting, and cleaning the attic.
However, three chapters before the epilogue truly gives justice to the story. This is where the real thrill began. It will hit you with anger, bitterness, love (?), and frustration.
For god's sake, they should really leave sooner than doing all those waiting!!
The ending is meh. It will look good with revenge really but it just ended out of nowhere.
