This is a really mediocre series but has a lot of weirdly positive reviews that don't at all match its quality, I assume the ratings have been heavily brigaded by fans of the main actor in this show since he is from vampire diaries and this is also a similar vampire TV series (so take the positive reviews with a grain of salt since a lot of them are undoubtedly from biased vampire genre fans, thrown in with a mix of Ian Somerhalder fangirls).
V Wars, however, is riddled with plot holes, terrible acting, non-existent character development (the characters practically feel like plastic), and many extremely unbelievable scenarios that are beyond absurd. Which is sad because the premise or general idea of this show is pretty cool; it is however just executed awfully. Typically, TV series' tend to get better and grow on you as you get further into a season and give it a chance, this show however did the total opposite in my opinion and just got worse and worse as it went on into the mid to later parts of the season. The first few episodes were actually way better, then once the plot fully developed by episode 3-4 it just got full-on ridiculous to the point where I felt like I had to turn it off. I persisted however and watched the entire series (as painful as it was).
