Firstly, I bought this game years ago when it was still in its kickstarter phase. I feel that the game was hyped because they were introducing new elements to the game compared to the diablo franchise it was based off. Unfortunately, now that the game is released, it has fallen flat for me. There are elements in it that incorporate the path of exile passive skill tree with a unique way of leveling skills. The main problem for me was the boring story mode. It basically revolved around killing trash then instanced boss fight and then repeating this pattern. The levels were very linear and I felt that the lack of skill slots meant I was very limited in how I could fight. If they could make more skill slots and more to explore then the game would be better.
