It's real, the characters and actors were very real life feeling.. it's funny, and sad in different parts.. I love love the main character and the manager.. we have watched this 3 times now and crave more.. u learn something and its topics should be discussed. I have talked with my children. 10 and 14.. the 10 year old loves this.. I think she is drawn to movies that are heartfelt although she rarely cries over them. Recommend!
