Absolute disgrace of a company that charges two lots of postage but sends out merchandise in 1 parcel. When queried, their answer was that they wish to reduce packaging to minimise the carbon footprint. I get that but why then charge the customer 2 lots of postage for 1 package? £7.90 charged for 2 small items that would have gone through the post as a large letter for less than £2. I will never buy from them again!
