Powerful masterpiece!! This movie displays abusive behavior and violence toward women. This movie reminded me that no one should ever tolerate any type of abuse or discrimination regardless of your gender, color, socioeconomic status. Forgiveness is portrayed at the end with Celi reuniting with her grown adult children and grandchildren after so many years of separation from her sister. We women shall always support each other to continuously be empowered. This movie is a must see!!
