Punishment fitting the crime, seems a little juvenile and not fitting adult violators. However for youth offenders, under proper supervision, proper youth worker clearances, and involving community associations there may be some valid ideas where the courts could require community service for minors. Lot better than time in juvenile detention facilities. Teaches youth offenders how to work in society. However for adults, using this idea to provide probationary periods at end of sentenances or reduction of sentence length may be good. This whole idea may have some merit.
