I’ll admit, I was sceptic walking into the theatre, believing the movie would lack the magic and energy of its prequel. While this was still partially true, it was nowhere near as disappointing as Frozen 2 or Inside Out 2. I was surprisingly satisfied. Despite the bland soundtrack, I found myself getting absorbed into the story as it developed, a feeling I had not experienced with a new Disney movie, perhaps since the release of the original Moana in 2016. All in all would recommend.
