Still Life is one of those books you will keep on going back to month after month, year after year. Although I’ve been a yogi for quite some time now, many times I forget how to be friends with..well, my mind. Rebecca Pacheco helps bring you back to your true self through this powerful meditation and mindfulness book. I don’t know anyone who has the ability to explain these life-changing tools in such a light, funny, yet serious manner. There is no easy “do this and your meditation practice will click into place” anywhere. Instead, this book warmly, lovingly explains meditation, what it can and can’t do for us, and offers a handful of ways to start a practice. I finished the book and just thought….thanks.
