I think this movie is great. It does have its flaws though. Flaw #1 - the acting. Acting plays a important part in a movie. Half of the movie felt realistic but when we go deeper into the movie it just feels off. Like the parents. I think they could use a little more realistic acting practice but anywho they’re ok Flaw #2 - forced relationships. [WARNING: SPOILER] Later on in the movie we find out that Diego has feelings for the mean girl. It felt forced at the end and it really ruined The whole mean girl character. I mostly see them as friends than gfxbf. Flaw #2 - the voice acting. I think swiper’s and boot’s voice don’t match very well in this movie. First off, let’s start with swiper. Swiper was my favorite character in the dora cartoon with his famous quote “AW MAN.” I loved him even though he was basically the antagonist in the show. In this movie, swiper’s voice is deeper than the one in the show, which is very disappointing. He would’ve been more fun to watch if his voice was like the cartoon And boots. [WARNING: SPOILERS] And the near end of the movie, boot’s voice is revealed and it sounds like a elder man. I get that he’s probably an adult in monkey years, but if his voice was more high pitched and childish in the movie then it would’ve been better. Even with all these flaws, I think this is a great movie for families. And the dora actress fits the role perfectly, and she’s absolutely stunning 9/10 for my rating
