Team balance is the single biggest issue in this game (and there are many others). Until Dice does something about clans being able to unrelentingly stack teams by using the join friends squad feature the game will be for those types of people and them alone. This issue is exceptionally frustrating for people in regions with fewer players - I play in LATAM and for my favourite game mode (strategic conquest) I usually have just 1 server to pick from, I cant just leave and find another server- and it is always stacked because of these malicious players. Team balance should be top priority on official servers. Awful experience all round, terrible launch, bugs, crashes - the worst game of the franchise. I even looked for a way to rent a server for my region and enforce team shuffling like you can in previous battlefield games... apparently V doesnt even have that. The game doesnt even have an autobalance feature for team size! Half your team leave in the middle of a round? Tough! Your stuck massively outnumbered for the rest of the game... terrible lack of a basic feature.
