This movie was the most uninspired piece of dribble I have seen. I seriously believe it was written by chatgpt as the movie had no heart or purpose. Spoiler alert, the big plot twist of the movie is when the new ruler appoints a monkey as his head of the army. Long tiresome dialogue with dramatic music and closeups of contorted faces make this hard to watch. I read all the reviews and thought people must be too caught up in the original. It is really not that, it's just an epically bad movie. Save your money and time.

Yes, this is not really a movie about civil war. It is a movie about coming of age. Navigating a dystopian future. It played out more like a episode of the walking dead. A road trip to a promised land.
