Brutally bad sequel with no tether to even a hint of reality. While superhero movies are fantasies about people doing amazing things, they become farcical when the hero is so overpowered that the laws of physics are not merely bent but broken entirely. Even that might be forgivable if the story had an internal consistency and the character interactions were plausible within the internal framework. This movie fails across the board. Minerva's madness does not make any sense and Max's megalomania goes from 0 to infinity with no causative reason. I made it just over 2 hours and I am sorry I will never get that time back. DC blows it yet again.
