I finished this book recently and highly recommend. I've definitely felt a shift in myself a month later, recommend reading / listening if you feel you're stuck in the way you're thinking. I was stuck in my head and my thoughts. This book has helped the way I process my emotions and stopped leading with you head and tapping into your heart. It has also helped with my meditation. I'll be reading this again very soon.
