I watched it on bbc I player and think it was sensational. Acting brilliant and storylines caught the Edinburgh scene perfectly. I am a Wegie and can understand the snobbery of the difference in wealth and education in Edinburgh! The tense drama and general excellence means that I look forward to the next series. I thought Rankine the actor as the younger Rebus was so good being able to hold us viewers to wondering what will happen next. Having Ian Rankin on the production team makes all the difference in the believability of a very difficult situation which real life presents. Marvellous
