With a lack of quality movies over the past year, there was high hopes for Wonder Woman 1984, but it was unbelievably disappointing. From the gaudy 1980's nostalgia crammed down the viewers throat at every opportunity to characters making senseless decisions in order to keep the story moving, WW1984 became difficult to watch at times. It's a real shame because the actors deserve better and the action special effects were outstanding, but unfortunately the story and was a real let-down. Let's hope it doesn't kill the franchise because Gadot and Wonder Woman are way better than this movie.
