Henry Cavill's performance as Geralt is perfect. I'm a huge fan of the series having read the books and played the games. If you've never read the books just be aware that this is following the last wish which is the first entry in the series. It is a collection of short stories which is building the back story for the main story line later. I felt the show didn't do a great job of telling the viewer that it was going to be jumping around in the story. The flow is not perfect and can be confusing at times for the average viewer. Other than that I still thoroughly enjoyed the show and loved what they did with the characters.
