Cleverly integrates at least one small snippet from every aspect of the events of late 1940 and weaves them into credibly entertaining drama. History students should dig deeper, but this is a fair testament overall, with a stirring soundtrack.

Beautifully crafted and full of humanity. It does not quite register as high as 2001 perhaps, but it does the job. Do not anticipate a classic Holywood, or Star Trek ending, enjoy the ride and the potential for disappointment is much less!
