This film was a masterpiece, an absolute Infinity/10. Watching this piece of art was truly an exquisite experience. Steve Carrell gives the performance of a lifetime, greater than his work during his time on “The Office”. This treasure I got to witness makes other popular films such as “Titanic” and “Avatar” and “Avengers: Endgame” look like absolute embarrassments to the film industry.
If I had to pick three words to describe this movie they would be: incredible, magnificent, and enticing. I have never felt so many emotions while watching a film, I was in tears due to the genuine beauty and genius writing that is presented in this Hollywood milestone. The elements in this movie were all executed to perfection, as the plot remained nothing short of flawless. Many individuals (such as myself) would say it was a perfect mix of comedy, action, suspense, drama, and horror all combined, as it had me on the edge of my seat. This is the perfect movie to see on a date with the love of your life, in fact, it is a perfect movie in general. Bring your grandma, bring your mom, bring your neighbor, bring your teacher, bring your dog, bring the whole family to witness this piece of art.
The way young Gru is shown as an innocent young boy as well as a despicable super villain truly elucidates the true duality of a man. This is a film worth seeing a thousand times, in fact, it is worth seeing a MILLION times. Drop whatever you have planned, whether it’s your wedding, some party, or someone’s funeral and go see “Minions: The Rise of Gru” in theaters ASAP, because I assure you, seeing this movie is infinitely more important than whatever you originally had planned. And do NOT forget to dress properly, as this is an occasion that requires formal attire. I have no complaints about this movie, the experience was nothing short of satisfactory.
(ps no this not a just kid’s movie, this is a movie for real men, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise)
