After watching the very first movie back in 2008 ( i was 6 yrs old ) i already knew if a franchise were to happen it would have potential. A decade later the second movie came out and i was beyond surprised. I didn’t think they would continue to make movies since they went so long without making them. It was decent. For how long they waited to make the second movie it was decent. Not meant to be watched more then 3/4 times ya know? Now when they annouced the third movie I almost cried. I was sure they were done making more movies and since they did pretty okay with the second movie I was excited to see what they had in store for this one. I can’t express how disappointed I am. My bf decided to take me the day it was released and literally once it ended and the credits began to roll i turn to him and say “i’m disappointed”. because that is all i feel. The next 5 minutes I pout to him about how sucky this movie is and how i wish i never watched it. I grew up on The stranger. I still have the dvd of the first movie. That movie not only had a good soundtrack ( full of songs i still listen to till this day) but it is also a reason why I love horror movies so much. So all i can say, if this reaches to someone who can control this, don’t make another movie. You guys have ruined what this movie used to be and the only thing I am happy and thankful for is that I had the opportunity to watch the first movie back when it was good and pure. If this movie could be banned i’d start a petition. just saying
