Of late i had sought to give up on writing poems and stories but of late after reading Bard Diaries, it has not only awakened my past hobbies of reading plays but also motivated me that I can also do something about writing. All I would love to say is that if we got a chance to have such a great person (Kibirige Edward Desire) who is indirectly awakening minds of people and bringing literature back to life to the people who always gave a blind eye to it. Let’s support this guy because it’s high time we shift from ancient poets though we recognise and appreciate them for the great work they did for example Ngugi Wa Thiongo, Chinua Achebe among others and also give attention and support to the new breed of a young and talented author (Kibirige Edward Desire) to also shine.
