Nora Roberts , the illustrious researcher and writer, penned four (4) wonderful books in the ''Bride Quartet Series''. The last one, my absolute favourite ,''Happy Ever After'' is a magical story of female friendship, passion, past hurts carried over, charity and simple generosity . All solid building blocks of Wows, brilliant wedding business created by the leader of the group Parker Brown (like Spider -Man). Yes, the men they chose, are lovely, supportive and a mix of close relatives (in and out), for them to embrace or vanquish. Loved every page of it, the intoxicating humour, and the double entendre. Growing up, I loved the famous Greek Mythology tales of love and vengeance, epic adventures, Gods and Demigods. It was, and still is, a magical time. And, so is this wonderfully exciting 2003 creation by Nora Roberts, ''The Key Trilogy.'' Her undeniable and unique talent (impeccable research), is taking us into the supernatural realm, guided by the principal characters, Malory, Dana and Zoe, All three, young professionals, bonding over a mysterious, unsigned, masterful painting, of themselves. Their fate, directly linked to three demigoddesses, imprisoned in a glass box. A compelling ''do or die '' task, (which they accept) of finding the three keys fitting the box, and free them. And, along the way they learn the true meaning of friendship, love, loyalty and fun.

This hodgepodge of docudrama and tragicomedy and real mafia saga, took me time travel until the protagonist/informer reached Florida, USA, for not "all roads lead to Rome". The first scary scene has Maria Cristina dangling over choppy waters...scarier than a horse head in the bed. I loved Maestro Piovani use of the "solemn and emotional beauty"of Va pensiero of Nabucco, to cut the unbridled chaos of the 1987 scene of the Maxi-Trial. And I adore Verdi, thank you, Maestro! Loved the humour and sincerity of Totucio C.(Luigi Lo Cascio) car salesman talking with his hands, for as a true Sicilian "I don't speak Italian, let alone English". And, has the protection of American WPP. Great delivery all the way. He is wonderful(meraviglioso). P.S. Sorry Maestro Bellocchio, Mr.Santoro massacred Toto Cutugno great song...just saying! However, your film looks stupendous due to Mr.Radic cinematography. Thank you.

This joyous, gleeful "Once upon a time" film, made my 2023 Summer!!! 'Picture Perfect' (cinematography), Superb Direction and perfect music score, for children & boomers to dance and singalong. They had me at 'Seven Nation Army'!!! However, there is nothing more delicious than, any, single note sang by our favourite Diva, Miss Idina! I'll walk on red-hot coals to listen to her honey sweet mezzo-soprano sounds, ... and her stage presence unforgettable (two snaps X three.) Simply put, 'I Adore Her'. And then, here comes the stupendous, remarkable, Billy Porter : powerful voice, cat walking, dancing and belting his (hers, ours) Broadway number while covering us with magical fairy dust!!! Thank you, Miss Kay Cannon! P.S. Oops! Almost forgot to mention Mr.Brosnan (007) laughing at himself as the resilient Royal Head. Character and Actor (both, either) will reign forever! Yeah, baby!!!

Year 1927 was marked by the Chinese Civil War, first electronic TV transmission and L. Daudet, leader of French monarchists, going against the entire police force, wanting to arrest him. The 1920 era, a.k.a. The Common era, was reach historically, and for our beloved Queen of Crime, an era of personal loss, culminating with the "disappearance and reappearance of Dame Agatha. This is how I read "The Big Four". Loved the rich narrative, exquisitely portraying the conspirators (hence the historic importance of each), and our favourites characters. To this day, I'm thankful for this brilliantly researched thriller of international intrigue, and so glad that Dame Agatha wrote it with money in mind.
