After watching this movie, I would never have an "Open House" when selling my home. I understand this movie is not based on actual events, but consider the story line. Complete strangers walk into your home, they see "YOUR LIFE". What if someone is concealing something, hidden cameras, weapons, toxic chemicals etc. Anyone of these people could have a dark path. ....on the low end of the scale: homeless person, nosy neighbors, theives etc. On the high end of the scale, people with psychological issues: Paraphiliac Disorder, Pedofiles, Voyeurism, Poisoner, murder (as in this movie) etc. Yes, I agree the movie wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst. I will definitely recommend it to family and friends (which include many real estate agents) that do own a home(s)/cottage(s).
