I dont understand the low rottentomatoes rating, though its not a masterpice, but its not too bad. I enjoyed the storyline and action sequences. The way they prepare the chameleon is great. Their version of Rhino is is much better than the comics by being a crime boss than a dumb villain. Overall, its above average for me
