Brutal but totally engaging. True picture of the dark side of the old west. Yikes.

A big hit. Charming, funny and engaging. Performances by Cage and Pascal are outstanding. Very tongue in cheek.

I haven't seen the Danish original and I think that's a good thing. I was at the edge of my seat throughout the entire movie. Jake Gyllenhaal did an amazing job. I was so convinced by his performance. Can u say Oscar? The movie takes you along a horribly committed crime that becomes more horrific as it progresses. A very satisfying ending as well. Highly recommend.

If I didn't know Tom Hardy is an amazing actor, I certainly wouldn't get it from this gross, boring movie.
