Make another movie about indecisive American women, leave Jane Austen alone. This movie captured no essence of the book. Screenplay writers and producers just simply don’t get the book, the history and Jane Austen.
Poor skills and attempt to modernize Jane Austen all the way through. If anything they accomplished, is to made Jane Austin’s Persuasion SHALLOW and corny.
