This company is a joke. I own a quest headset. They decide to force everyone into signing up for an Horizon account. When you encounter a problem there is no help. Their website wants you to submit a ticket which says 1 to 2 days to reply. Looked at a couple and after two days they ask for more info in general. Seems like a very lengthy process. Thought when I want to contact people I go to their FB page and leave a message, not with FB, its disabled. Went into their chat and tried to leave a message for someone when they came in later but it is not chat, it is a chat bot that says I can't help you, is there something else I can help you with? I purchased a headset that is useless now, DON'T give these crooks your money.
