Never heard of Lil Peep before (I'm in my 50's so no surprise there). This was a very compelling story and exceptionally well-made. Lil Peep was loved by his family, close friends, fans around the world and especially his grandfather. My eyes wept with each of his letters read aloud. What an amazing man he is.
The documentary explored many facets to the Lil Peep story (e.g., family, high school identity, creative expression, exploiters and freeloaders, stardom, drug use and drinking, emotional connection to fans through music, etc.). The film tied it all together in a thought provoking and thoughtful way. Highly recommend this.
