I am here sitting in one of the seats in 2nd class of Glacier Express while I’m writing this review. This supposed to be calm and nice trip is being ruined by waiters running around, constantly yelling at passengers to sit down. I was literally up for 2 minutes because I had to go to the toilet and I was told to take my seat - in a very unprofessional way. It is chaotic and noisy, and not because of the passengers but because of the crews. I was really looking forward for this trip and it is sad that it’s a huge disappointment. The day is totally ruined just because of waiters who can’t calm down.
