We moved into our house and got Armstrong 2018 and since then was awesome service and dependable internet even during bad storms there customer service awesome and polite. However, I call in to tell them I had covid and seizure issues and now instead of letting me go 2 months. I pay 192. Jan 30th. Whole bill plus 20 reconnect fee January bill on that. Which you pay ahead for service. Then said I owed 118 balance for Feb. 10th through March then I go in to pay bill and it's 282 soemthing already and March isn't even here yet. Now it's only February 21 and blue light on because they already charged me for March 10th service through April 10th .and it's not even March 10th yet but says all due. Or shut off again. I'm like not happy about what is going on. Better fix the issues with your computer billing..Noone should be paying a bill that isn't even due yet..before I would get bill for say Feb 10th and due the 20th and then not see another bill until the next March 10th. Then it would add the new month..but never added it until the actual date..and it asking for March 10th now. And due for it. I will be shut off if I pay nothing and then owe whole thing again and then have them say I owe again. I have all my payment history so it's not funny anynore..
