Stunning display of cinematic art. Just like a Carravaggio painting the lighting makes the film along with the abstract angles. A modern film noire with elements of Hitchcock thrown in.
Acting is excellent. Andrew Scott is excellent as Ripley. , cool calm and calculated.
A thoroughly enjoyable film.

Very engaging book from his early years to his rise within the bank and then his personal mental battles and ultimately his departure from the bank.
His realisation that he made money from inequality in society was quite telling.
