This show seems to buy into the idea that generation X consist of confused drug addicts, who roam aimlessly within society clueless about their future. The producers of the show must have crazy kids, who shrinks have misdiagnosed, which has led to prescription drugs and illegal drugs as coping mechanism. In Ep. 1, a young boy maybe 12 years old is selling prescription drugs. Kids need structure and sane parents, who aren't just cohabitating for the sake of keeping a family together and for financial stability.
