The show promotes fighting, school assaults, bullying, misogyny and sexualization, underage drinking, and cursing and adults promoting these behaviors in adolescents - I am sure I am missing something more. The acting is forced and the story line, while interestingly weaved to bring back characters from the original movies, is just ridiculous and predictable. If you think this will relive some Karate Kid days, click bait that draws you in. It's downhill after that. It is definitely NOT a series for young children.
