"Rosalita" is at moments a raucous rocker. "Sandy" is poignant. But in sum Bruce and the band couldn't match the exuberance of "Greetings from Asbury Park". Had the good fortune to catch them in that period, before "Born to Run" at Joe's Bar in Cambridge, MA. Clarence mounted the bar, blowing that sax for "Rosalita", their closing number.
