I’m going way back bc I just started watching Below Deck season 2 episode 4 & Im going to miss Andrew. I think all the crews pretty hard on him. What I’m seeing is he feels really bad for lying on his resume but he’s trying really hard & everyone’s so mean to him. He’s a good kid who just wanted a shot at getting a good job…he needed a break. Ya ya he could’ve drowned the boat…but he didn’t & he came clean about his resume. That says a lot about his integrity. He just wants to learn & no ones giving him a chance all you have is everyone complaining about not wanting to share the tip & wanting him gone. I think if someone helps him he would be a good learner because he’s so eager. The Crew needed to cut him some slack & give him a chance but too late now. Wonder what he’s doing now….hope he’s still yachting.
