The show on 9/19/20 showing the monitoring of Great White Sharks by Ocearch - a group that covers the NE coast up to Nova Scotia displayed what appears to be an invasive effort to poke, prod, drill into and attach monitors, cut and insert monitors on a totally wide awake and aware shark. This, in my opinion,seems to be an example of scientists’ overreaching, uncaring efforts to develop information at the expense of those amazing creatures. Is this really necessary?
