I've never read nor heard of this series, but from a non-judgemental standard POV I found it to be very entertaining and intriguing, I plan to watch the whole series but as far as i see it, I'm hooked on this show

THIS WAS AMAZING! I remember reading the comics awhile ago and lost interest, then I hear there's a live adaptation of it and watched it in a heartbeat. This show not only felt close to the comics, but was way beyond my expectations, The show ain't no cliche romance, (Ok sometimes it can be, way too much lovely slow-mo lol but that's a given) it's funny, adorable, and tells a way deeper story that what's on the surface. From recent shows like Falcon and the winter soldier, Wandavision and Cobra kai, I can hands down say that this show is a must to watch and is my new favorite Koren TV series!! 9.8/10 on my end!!!!
