I remember in what kind of mental state I was when I started this book. This book has changed my direction towards habits. I have unfolded those things that I never even known, I became to recognize my bad habits and good ones. I got to know how to align your life with your daily routine. It made me learn that “it’s not important how much you practice but to be consistent into that practice for things you want to be good at or the person you want to be”.
Am beyond happy that I finished this book and yet I’ll be missing my times with it. This book has been smeared into myself for my life. I am truly privileged to get the opportunity to read this book and highly recommend people to read it if you’re also fighting daily to get your bad habits off and trying to penetrate good habits.
