A very strange version of history…the costumes are somehow worse than the original series. The story is slow and fleeting at the same time. You have a Earl that is clearly not from the right ethnic group and you also have a Christian Berserker when Berserkers were outlawed by the church??? Such a mish mash of history with a sprinkling of box ticking. Sadly it’s not worth the viewing.
