Story skipped forward without me playing. Barely got out of the tutorial, came back to suddenly being on Act VII. Was really looking forward to playing the story finally since I could only just buy it now but NOPE that was taken from me. Can't even refund it as all sales are final. Waste of $60.
And yes, I did try contacting customer support to fix the issue and they gave me a non-answer and did nothing.
