Despite excellent actors, The Whole Truth is subpar due to poor screen writing and directing. The result is Keanu Reeves character looking confused. As an audience, the protagonist leads you through the story, Reeves is left with little to work with. Rene Zellweger does well with what she is given, a chameleon actress she can adapt any role and give you a believable, whole character. In all, I do wish this had a more smooth storyline giving the actors more to sink their teeth into.

Hard to watch, but you have see the ending. Excellent performances.
